Basic Requirements

Must be unhoused or at imminent risk

Must be willing to work with case management

Must be able to safely live in a community environment
Exclusions:

Must not pose a danger to self or others (for safety)

Active violent behavior

Need for detox or inpatient psychiatric care

Medical needs exceeding program capacity

Who We Service
Respite Housing
Recently discharged from a hospital and is medically stable but not ready to live independently. Needs a safe environment for recovery, wound care, medication stabilization, or follow-up appointments. Does not require 24/7 medical supervision or skilled nursing care.
Bridge Housing
Has been approved for permanent housing (HUD-VASH, SSVF, RRH) but cannot move in yet due to: Pending inspections Unit not ready Waiting on deposit assistance, furniture, or documents Delayed landlord availability Needs short-term stabilization before tenancy begins. Has the ability to transition to permanent housing within 1–6 months.

Has mental health or substance use stabilization needs requiring:

Must be willing to participate in outpatient services.
